Nostalgia in Chrome transforms globally familiar characters into collectible sculptural icons. Executed through chrome finishes, candy paint, and reflective surfaces, the works merge childhood memory with luxury aesthetics, balancing playfulness with precision.

The sculptures operate within a space where nostalgia becomes status language. Characters associated with innocence and familiarity are elevated into reflective, high-finish objects that simultaneously evoke comfort, desire, and cultural memory. The familiar becomes aspirational.
Chrome functions both materially and psychologically within the series. The reflective surfaces absorb surrounding space while amplifying the object’s presence, allowing each sculpture to exist between toy, artifact, luxury object, and emotional trigger.
